  1. We just had Flow Circus here today, and it was wonderful! We really enjoyed his performance. The kids and parents were amazed, astounded and laughed their hearts out. I couldn't have asked for a tighter or more professional show. I will definitely have them next year if they are available. Bravo!

We had Paul Miller come in for our summer reading season finale. He played to a packed house (we counted 200+ kids and 80 adults) of kids mostly ages 12 and under. He was fantastic. You can really tell that he has a street performer background. He worked in all sorts of things that go on when you have a huge group of kids ages 0-12. He is fantastic with children.

He was simply off the wall in that way that kids love and adults admire. I heard more than a couple of adults going up to him after the show to say how utterly impressed they were with his act. And watching all the kids laughing and staying memorized for his every next move showed me how they felt about the show.

Beyond the comedy and the crazy juggling and magic, one of the things I really like about Paul is how he worked in going to the library to find books that helped him become the great performer that he is. It was the soft, hard sell, and judging by all the questions for magic and juggling and how to blow up a balloon to make an animal, not to mention all the questions about other subjects I personally fielded after the program, he was able get this point across.

Of course making the kids and parents laugh and howl with gee is the priceless component to the whole affair. He has a comic gift. At one point he looked up at our ceiling and said it looked like waffles. Every one looked up and you could see the kids seeing the ceiling for the first time. They could not get enough of his goofy antics.

Can’t wait to bring him back one day. Thanks again Paul - you rocked New Haven!

    Sincerely,
