June 2010 Newsletter

Flow Circus Needs Your Help

New Free & Fun Resources for Teachers

Librarians Memorial Day has now passed which means summer is here!! We are going to keep the e-news short this month, but we have 2 very important items for you to read. Please take a moment to read this month - we need your help! As always, we appreciate your support.

Playfully yours,

Paul & Dawn

THE RACE IS ON! Beginning today June 1st, Flow Circus and the State Library of North Carolina are going after a $50,000 Refresh Everything grant to implement juggling programs for tweens and teens across NC. Learn more about the project at www.FlowCircus.com/refresh.

The project is awarded solely on the number of votes we get during the month of June. The success of the program rests in your hands. Please help us by voting for our project everyday. If you commit to voting everyday, you are more valuable than 25 other people that vote only once. Have a tendency to forget? Sign up for daily reminders by joining a Google group we have set up specifically for this grant or by joining our Facebook Refresh Everything group. Contact us if you have any questions.

Thanks again for your support.

New Free & Fun Resource for Teachers/Librarians - Introducing Play Fundama! PlayFundama.com is a new website that we have developed with videos and instructions providing hours of fun programming. The best part - the only supplies you need are masking tape, string, paper cups & dowels! Your groups can learn about toys from around the world and then have a chance to make their own. We have created 6 different models of Fundama, but the sky is the limit in what kids will create. Below is a photo of the Basic for younger kids, go to www.PlayFundama.com to see all 6 toys.
